Renter's Insurance Requirement: Resident must purchase a renter’s insurance policy that provides liability insurance. Evidence of Insurance must be provided to management. Policy must have no less than $300,000 in General Liability protection, include water damage coverage and have Patrician Management & Property Name listed as Additional Interested Parties.
